About shipping methods

The shipping method will be specified by our company, and in principle, customers cannot choose it.

In principle, we do not accept requests for specific dates or time slots.

Basically, items will arrive within 2 to 3 days after shipping is completed. (In the case of remote islands, it may take 3 to 4 days.)

However, this does not apply to areas where natural disasters or large-scale events are held. Please note.

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately.
