Refund policy
[About cancellations, returns, and exchanges]
(1) Returns are possible within 15 days of the date of arrival of the product.
(2) Please note that, regardless of the above, the following products cannot be canceled, returned, or exchanged.
- Products that have been used
- Products that have been received more than 16 days ago
- Products that have become scratched or stained while in the customer's possession
- Products without packaging (bags or cases)
- Other products that are clearly stated on the product introduction page as not returnable
(3) Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective.
(4) Refunds will be made according to the payment method within 3 business days of receipt of the returned product.
